Kahuna LT Strike Indicator
Brain-child of Andre Puyans, who made strike indicators for years by
stripping the coating off old fly lines. RIO makes the Kahuna LT Strike Indicators with its ultra floating line technology.
To detect a more subtle "take", just slide the indicator on your leader. It's secure and easy to reposition.
18"per pack | Color: Fluorescent Red
This product is great for more than just nymphing. Brian uses it while guiding with clients who are unable to see tiny dry flies or spinners/emergers sunk into the surface film. "Just attach the Kahuna to your tippet knot (2 feet from the fly). It will give you a point of reference to help track your fly or if you see a rise within 2 feet of your indicator STRIKE. I also use it to suspend BWO and midge nymphs so fish can see the fly drifting suspended. They tend to ignore the Kahuna since it is so small."bp

Chris Fournier Nets
These landing nets are designed with the fly fisher in mind, made in Kitchener using local hardwoods, spar varnish and custom bags. The bags are nylon and are very easy on the fish.
The larger net, "The Grand" is appropriate for fish up to about 22" and the smaller net "The Brookie" is suitable for fish up to 18"

Rio Tungsten Putty
These nets are designed with the fly fisher in mind, made in Kitchener using local hardwoods, spar varnish and custom bags. The bags are nylon and are very easy on the fish.
Brian has used putty guiding for weight for the last three years and swears by it. It goes on easy and comes off quickly. Change from nymphing to dry fly in an instant! Put it back in its container and use it again another day.
"Lead is old school can be a good thing it weakens your tippet, is a pain to remove and pollutes the river." - bp
